Bronx Traditional Instructor-Led Program Overview:
If you prefer an instructor led program, classes are offered our Bronx location. This mandatory four hour program, taught by an authorized AHA BLS instructor, will review and facilitate the implementation of the skills in a group setting. This course is designed for RN’s, LPN’s, Doctors and Student Nurses RN’s, LPN’s, MD’s and other health professionals. This course covers CPR and basic life support pertaining to infant, child and adult. It is a requirement for beginners and those professionals whose cards have expired in excess of one month.

This 3-part program presents a unique learning atmosphere utilizing eSimulation technology, designed to provide healthcare professionals with CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) training in infants, children, and adults. This course is for initial BLS certification or renewal. Our program is also an excellent opportunity for non medical professionals to obtain CPR/ BLS skills and certification utilizing the learning style that best suits you.
The Basic Life Support (BLS) course for healthcare professionals provides the ability to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. BLS/CPR certification means the person knows CPR and how to act in emergencies. The certified person has demonstrated skill during this course in accordance with the American Heart Association recommendations and guidelines.
